Jacque deeply cares about every event and the people that make up the events, to make sure that from the very start to finish each function runs to the highest standard possible.

We provide a hands on professional, experienced based with a true honest commitment to each event , with 1000s of weddings and large scale events to draw experience from, which true knowledge and understanding of all aspects from start to finish can be drawn from can only come with years of experience .
A personal connection to each client is a must as an understanding to how much that special event means to each client. Sprout is a family business that treats every client as part of the family.

Sprout gained its unique catering style from all the experience Jacque and Tom have obtained with 36yrs individually in the hospitality industry, travelling the world from working in 3 chef hat to 3 star Michelin restaurants, learning from dining through the back streets of the Caribbean to fine dining through Europe , working as private chefs on the most expensive charter super yacht in the world at the time ,travelling around the globe catering for the the worlds elite and understanding that high standard shouldn’t be governed by the amount of money you have.

Could not recommend Sprout catering more. They went above and beyond, even doing a site visit to understand the kitchen. The food was amazing and we had a small plate saved for us to enjoy the day after. Thank you for all your hard work.
