When a couple book me, I send them through their onboarding email with all the details, all the fun stuff and a timeline.
We’ll lock in an in-person meeting a few months out from the wedding, but I’m always available for a catchup, phone call or email beforehand if there are any wedding planning questions they have.
Closer to the wedding date, I give support with writing run sheets, editing and printing vows, and general planning support
On the day, I arrive 1-1.5hrs earlier to have a check-in with both of them.
I became a celebrant in 2018. I’d seen a few pretty boring ceremonies that thought they were just a drab start, and the party would happen later. Then I saw an AMAZING celebrant, and realised just how important starting the wedding day with the right vibe is.
Since becoming a celebrant, I’ve realised it also brings together all my best skills: connecting with new people, kickstarting the party, crafting creative stories, staying organised, keeping everyone calm, managing events, and celebrating with champagne! It’s like my superpowers combined into one dream job.

Honestly, where do I start. Meredith has got to be the best celebrant ever!! My now husband and I have been to our fair share of weddings over the past few years and no one comes close to how good Meredith is.
Meredith made our ceremony fun, light, romantic and cheerful! Meredith was so incredibly amazing at telling our love story and taking all our guests along for the ride.
From the moment we engaged with Meredith we knew she was going to be perfect. She was so easy going, listened to all our requests but at the same time was serious about the things that mattered.
