I hold the self proclaimed title of “Australia’s Cheekiest Marriage Celebrant” and absolutely love it. Outside of weddings, I love getting back to the farm, spending time with my niblings or pretending I’m not a ginger and can actually tan instead of burn whilst laying at the beach.
I don’t just get my couples hitched, I put on a show for them and their guests, that’s equal parts heartfelt and hilarious, and tell their story in a way that’s fun, engaging and a little bit cheeky.
I get to know their story through a questionnaire that they both complete separately, which means neither knows what the other has told me so that on the day, everything is a surprise to each other as I mesh both versions of their story into a romcom/highlight reel of the best bits.

As a couple, we wanted our ceremony to be just as important as the rest of the day and not something we rushed through. We wanted it to be a reflection of who we are as a couple, and to invite our family and friends into our goofy relationship. We wanted laughing, and lots of it. And we wanted mushy, love and romance. And Monty delivered!
The ceremony was by far, one of our favourite parts of our day and we know it’ll be one to remember.
Monty was an absolute legend to deal with, and made our vow writing so easy. Monty told our story perfectly. He got us crying and laughing and set the mood for our whole day. Monty is worth his weight and gold and we are SO lucky to have had him marry us.
When we look back on our wedding day the first thing we remember is our ceremony and the words and love we shared. Monty had the tears pouring out of our faces – especially Jayden who never cries! He had us laughing, acknowledging those special people who couldn’t be there, and even bloody stitched us up! Which is what we love – all the banter and love and it was the perfect balance of the two.
All night, our guests kept commenting on how great the day had been and we give most of that credit to Monty for marrying us, and giving us a firecracker of a ceremony. We would do it all again in a heartbeat just to have Monty marry us again.
The ceremony was perfect. Sure it rained a little, and was bloody cold. But we can’t even remember any of that! Monty warmed our hearts and ignited a fire that kept us warm with love all night. From the bottom of our hearts, thank you so much Monty for marrying us in front of our nearest and dearest.
