What I bring to every wedding I shoot is we talk a lot, share stories, jokes. I act as if we’ve been friends for a decade. The experience of being photographed on your Wedding Day, should be enjoyable and not a chore.
The first wedding I shot was on film, that’s how long I’ve been doing it and it all came about when I went on a horse riding trip in the sand dunes for my 21st Birthday. The guide asked what I had got as my present, I replied a new Camera. She said her Sister was getting married and that she needed a photographer and asked If I photographed weddings. I said, “No, but I can” and the rest as they say is history – and a great one at that!
I am a sports fanatic, like, a really big one. I love Basketball, so much so that I opened a Studio that features a half court. Why not have your cake and eat it!

Matt is an absolute dude! Considering you spend most of your day with your photographer, it was very important to us to have someone we felt comfortable with and that we genuinely wanted to be around. Matt didn’t disappoint!
He has a heart of gold, is super relaxed, knows how to have a good laugh, and let’s not forget he is an absolute pro at what he does!
Our guests hardly noticed him ducking and weaving around like a ninja, but this meant that he was capturing raw moments – which is exactly what we want to look back on, as it’s true what they say, your day “goes so fast!”
We had full confidence that Matt had the experience behind him to know when and where to be at each moment to capture the magic.
