The uniqueness that comes with JMFS would have to be the number of weddings we’ve created, every wedding is a trial run for the next to better in quality,efficiency, the more created the more we’ve evolved and as each wedding season brings a different trend.
I now have a wedding venue too (peppers creek barrel room and chapel), so this has shown me another side to the wedding industry and understanding how best to serve our clients.
I would have to say there wouldn’t be a venue in the Hunter I haven’t worked at either.

Initially it all starts over email, we then like to chat with prospective clients to discuss their brief and either provide advice on the next steps or move to creating a quote for them. Once they’ve decided to make us part of their wedding team and a booking fee has been paid to secure the date, we usually don’t chat again until about 6months out from the wedding (although we’re always available on email). We’ve created a solid system for our clients over the journey to the wedding day, that includes email advice at certain points , and consultations so our clients don’t feel overwhelmed or uncertain on what to expect from us or what we need from them.
